ROCKFELLER COMMISS3ON. DEPLORABLE STATE OF SUFFERING. United Pbe** Association, London, April 29. The Rockefeller Commission, reporting on the conditions in Servia, asserts that there are thirty thousand cases of typhoid. The whole nation is rapidly becoming enveloped; 30,000 are destitute. The conditions are wholly beyond the Government’s control, and a menace to the health of the entire globe. The country is practically exhausted. Sixty thousand Austrian prisoners are quartered in various centres.
