The Belgian National Relief Committee's appeal contained in yesterday's cables has had an immediate effect, the Hon. Harvey, of the commercial staff of the Otago Daily Times, that his son, Gunner William H. Harvey, of the main body of the New Zealand expeditionary force, died at sea on April 16. Before enlisting deceased was in the service of the National Bank.
