VAST CONTRABAND ORGANIC* ATI ON. REPLY WANTED FROM AUSTRIA. (Received 9.10 a.m.) Rome, April 25. A vast contraband organisation which is revictualling Austria-Hun-gary and Germany, das been discovered at Naples. The authorities seized three million pieces of linen, seven million pairs ol army boots aboard an Italian steamer, and which bad been ordered by a linn whose head was the Austrian Consul at Naples. Three hundred barrels containing rubber were also seized. The Messagero states that Austria has made further concessions, though they are still far from Italy’s demands. Italy replied detailing her minimum concessions and requesting a reply in reasonable time.
