BONITHON PETROLEUM CO. I’kb Press .Association. Wellington, April 23. A meeting of shareholders of the Bonithou Petroleum Company was held to-day, Mr W. H. P. Barber presiding. It was agreed to ratify and complete the directors’ action in disposing of the company’s new rotary boring plant to P. A. Hadley, of Auckland. It is understood the plant will be erected on one of the properties comprising the Standard Oil Company of New Zealand. Limited. The transaction involves many thousands of pounds, and it is believed that it will infuse new life into the development of the Taranaki oilfields.
