(Received «.•">! a.m.) ]\iris, April 22. Le Petit Journal states that a, French pilot and observer J bombed a corner oi the Belgian coast, (where there are nearly one hundred ) anti-craft guns. They rose b'HOO fecc in a storm of shot and shell lor the the return journey. ■ A shot smashed the axle of, the front wheels and passed through the ear, cutting olf the pilot's foot. The exploding shell nearly made them turn turtle, the machine compass dropping out. The ! pilot refused the observer's assistance. He navigated for fifteen miles and landed safely in the French lines o.i one pair of wheels, and I ben crawled 'out through the shell hole. Later, he fainted. Moth men have been decorated.
