A Berlin official message states that thirty-five thousand Anglo-French landed at Mudros, and it is believed the action in the Dardanelles is about to he resumed. EXPEDITION FROM THE BLACK SEA. A telegram from Odessa says the Allies are awaiting an expedition from - the Black Sea to co-operate in the Dardanelles and that all is ready lor increased stringency in the blockade, i THE TORPEDOER CHICS. London, April 21. The Turkish torpedo boat Chios was thoroughly modern and fast, and has torpedo-tubes and maxims. It was made in Germany in 1910. - Bombs were left aboard to blow up. the hoarding party. One, i which was intended to ignite when .the door of the chief cabin was opened, slightly injured two men. The deck was littered with English charts, German novels, and French picture postcards of a very Parisian type.
