A team has been selected to Fltham, at Fltham, leaving Stratford by the 3 o'clock train on Thursday. As this is the first practice match of the season the selector would.be pleased if the players chosen will make an effort and go down, as this season undoubtedly will be the season for the young players to show their worth, and unless the young fellows show the spirit displayed by players in previous seasons, football will go back. The following are the players :—Williams, Bergin, Bonner, McDavitt, K. Vickers, A. Kivell. Crighton, Fryday, Stewart, Courts, Thompson, Bowler, C. Kivell, Rogers, Fied Collins. Emergencies: A. Vickers and G. Blair.
