The following is the Court list for Magistrate's Court, Stratford, to-mo'-j row:—Nine undefended civil casjs, and three defended, an information laid by the Inspector of Noxious Weeds and a maintenance case. The committee appointed at the an. nual meeting of the PiUgby Union to go into the question of re-arranging the boundaries lor the whole of the Province met last evening in Stratford. There were present: Messrs Buchanan (in the chair), Fearon, Hansen, Evan and R. Masters. The recommendations of the committee will be considered by the Rugby Union on Wednesday evening.
