ELECTION PETITION.
THE TAUMARUNUI CASE. Peb Press Association. Wellington, April 15. The Taumarunui election case will be continued in Auckland 'on May ofcli unless Mr Wilson's petition is dismissed as being late. The Appeal Court's decision merely decides which votes will be struck off on scrutiny, the decision on all points being reserved. Mr Finlay, of Te Kuiti, appeared for Mi- Jennings.
