RAPACIOUS DEMANDS' REFUSED BY AUSTRIA. United Peesb Association. (Received 8.15 a.m.) London, April 14. Pan's believes that Italy will declare war upon Austria prior to the meeting of the Italian Parliament •on May 12th. One journal states that the Austrian refused the Italian demands on the ground that they could not have asked more, even after a victorious war.
VIENNA ALARMED.
ITALIAN WAR PARTY URGE INTERVENTION. United Pbehb Association. (Received 8.15 a.m.) Rome, April 15. The Italian war party urge prompt intervention to secure the material advantages of a winning combatant. Advices from Vienna state that the city is alarmed at the news which is leaking out respecting the army's plight. Those belonging to the wealthy classes have already left, the general impression being that the Government has lost its head and does not know what measures to adopt to prevent or delay disaster.
