MUTINOUS GERMAN SOLDIERS MARCHED, THROUGH STREETS. United Peers Association. (Received 8.50 a.in.) Paris, April 13. A French lady who escaped from Brussels relates that she saw fifty officers and two companies' of men with their hands hound march through the streets. They had mutinied at Xeuve Chape lie, and were being sent to light the Russians.
