Three children, William Muril, Doris Muril, and Nettie Davidson were ing together when a terrific explosion was heard. It was discovered that the boy had . both hands blown off, his neck was • broken, and he had received wounds on the body. The child Davidson was critically in- | jured in the leg and abdomen. The other child was badly bruised. It appears the boy was playing on the banks of the river and found a live shell, which, when the latter tampered ,| with it, exploded.
