A deputation of textile nianufacturors informed the State Department that within sixty days four hundred thousand operatives would he unemployed lor want of tlyestuffs from Germany. ANTI-AMERICAN FEELING IN CERMANY. London. April S. The Morning Past's Washington correspondent says the Government is concerned with the ati-Ameriean feeling in Germany, and the army ohservers have been withdrawn, fearing serious friction.
