RESPONSIBILITY FOR RAID DENIED. Unitkd Pbem Absooiatiok. London, April 8. The Bulgarian Ministry has issued a Note, disclaiming responsibility for the invasion of Servia by Bulgarian irregulars, alleging that the uprising was initiated by the Turks among the Macedonians.
