Kowhai, from South, "early next week. The Lauderdale arrived at 11.45 yesterday from Sydney with rails for the local tramways. The vessel experienced a very smooth trip across. The Kowhai has been delayed in tlio south, anl will not leave Dunedin til! Friday for New Plymouth, via. Oamaru, Tiniaru, Lytteltou and Wellington. Her arrival at New Plymouth, originally fixed for Saturday, is thus delayol till early next week. The Arahura left Wellington last night for New Plymouth with about lot) tons of general cargo. She returns, after discharging .to Wellington.
