BOARDING-HOUSE DESTROYED. Per Press Association. Wellington, April G. A two-storied house of ton rooms on Tliorndon Quay, owned by Mrs K. M. C'lapeott, and oeeupied by Mrs Dora Munn as a boarding-house, was gutted by fire to-night. Insurances are unavailable. The oeeupants all got out safely. CHURCH BURNED DOWN. Wellington, April G. The Presbyterian Ohureh at Island Hay was burned down this evening. The origin is unknown. Insurances total £.‘580.
