RAID ORGANISED BY THE GERMANS.
United Pbess Association. (Received 9.50 a.m.) Paris, April 6. A Matin telegram from Xish states that Mustapha Effendi, ex-coramis,-sioner of police at Constantinople, is now in German pay and organised the raid, which included numerous Austrians and Turks.
