GERMAN SUGGESTION REJECTED EXODUS OF ENEMY SUBJECTS. United Pkimb Association. London, April 6. Koine reports that Prince Von Billow is understood to have proposed a new solution of the Austro-Italian boundary question. The suggestion is that territory which Austria might cede to Italy should he occupied by Switzerland during the war. Italy rejected the proposals. The exodus of Austrians and Germans from Italy continues.
