Mr A. A. Minclow, United States Consul-Genera! to New Zealand, has arrived-in Sydney by the Ventura. Senior-Sergeant MeNeely, of Hawera, spent part of the afternoon at the A. and P. Gymkhana yesterday. Mr .1. B. Iline, M.P. (Stratford) and Air W. T. Jennings, .M.P. (Taumarunui) were among* the visitors to the Gymkhana yesterday. Mr Denis Kelly, representing "Charley's Aunt" Comedy Company was in Stratford to-day making arrangements for the production of this well-known comedy at the Town Hall, Stratford, on Tuesday next.
