SUPPORT PROM OKATO. After an enthusiastic meeting at Okato yesterday, the following were appointed delegates to the central meeting to ho held later Messrs M. Fleming, J. Burgess, W. J. PROPOSED MEETING AT RAHOTU.
A meeting will be held at llahotu to consider the proposal on Tuesday afternoon next, at 3 o’clock.
WHANGAMOMONA SUPPORT.
Information from the Whangamomona district is to the effect that the proposed co-operative freezing works movement is meeting with solid support in that district. Already some 450 shares have been taken up between Whangamomona and Tangarakau. From indications to hand, the support in the Pohokura district, which is about to be canvassed, will be equally strong.
