MEXICANS TEAR DOWN THE FLAG. ' ' TJottbd Pbebs Association. Washington, March 26. Another insult to the flag in Mexico has aroused hitter feeling. The Brazilian Minister reported to Mr Bryan that, according to despatches from Mexico City, the Zapatistas tore down the flag flying over the house of Mr McManus, an American citizen. The Zapatistas murdered McManus and looted the house. Mr Bryan has announced that reparation has already heen demanded, but ai yet no reply has been received except ah apology for McManus' death. Mr Bryan added: "No salute for the American flag will be demanded this time."
