Ho fell off a yacht and must have struck his head in falling, as although he was a good swimmer, he did not come to the surface. ' Auckland, March 11. F. j. Moore, of Moore Avenue, Parnell, met his death while bathing at AVaiheke yesterday. A companion wont ashore for some purpose, and, looking round, saw Moore’s body floating in the water. Apparently the cause of death was heart failure. FOUND DEAD ON THE RACECOURSE. Christchurch, March 15. Joseph Watorbnry. 53, a farmer at Valdhurst, was found dead on Riccarton racecourse yesterday. Heart failure is presumed to be the cause.
