SENTENCED TO DEATH.
“PLEASE KILL ME!”
[Be Electric Telegraph—Copyright] (Received 1.45 p.m.) Perth, March 10. Ciittay has been sentenced to death, for the murder of the girl Bell.
A cable message on January 23, stated that Cuttay,, alias Facheri, had been committed for trial for the murder of the gild Bell at Marrinup. Cuttay, in a written confession, .said, “I have committed a terrible crime, a. dishonour to my nation, flag, coun. try, and religion.” I don’t know why I did it. I beg only you will kill me as soon as possible. I am terribly sorry. I don’t want mercy, hut full justice. Please ask me no more questions. lam unable to answer. Please kill me—kill me”;
