FATALITY AT A NELSON FIRE.

The Royal' Hotel, a throe storey wooden building in Bridge Stre it, owned by Dpbson and Son, E. Cai n being tlie licensee, was gutted ea ly this morning. The flames starting in the hack portion spread so rapidly that some inmates had only time to escape. Later on, a hoarder named Frederick Bloomfield aged .57, a native of Australia was reported missing, and the charred remains was found on the floor joists. Insurances on the, Hotel total £6OO.
