Mr Edmund Clifton, Resident Commissioner, welcomed \a huge gathering at the'formal dedication of the" New Zealand Pavilion.'" Maoris assisted in the welcome with a native dance. /Major Rolph, on behalf of San Francisco, presented % bronze plaque to Mr Clifton-as a memento of the occasion.
