DISCOVERY OF PLOT TO END THE DUAL MONARCHY.

A Vienna telegram states that "a plot has been discovered among the Austro-Hungarians to receive offers from the Slav nationality to bring about a settlement with Russia. The conspirators belong to a Republican organisation-, whose object was to transform the -Monarchy into- a confederacy. The general staff ordered five to be shot, but the picket refused, resulting in a mutiny, notice of which was cabled on the 2nd inst from Prague.
