High water at Xew Plymouth today, 11.6 a.m. and 11.22 p.m.; tomorrow, 11.37 a.m. THE SUN. The Sun rises to-day at 5.39 a.m. and sets at 6.21 p.m. ; to-morrow, 5.40 a.m. and 6.20 p.m. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Alexander, from Westport, to-day. Rarawa, from North, Thursday Mapourika, from South on Thursday. Corinna, from South, Saturday. The Rarawa. which arrives 'early this morning from Onehunga, leaves some time during the day for Wei. lington, where she will be placed on the patent slip for painting. She will resume her running to Onehunga! on Saturday night. The Alexanier will discharge a cargo of Paparoa coal at tbe port to-day, afterwards leaving for Wanganui. The Waverley whose arrival was expected yesterday, has evidently altered her running. Messrs J. H. Cock and Co., the local agents, are awaiting definite advice as to her movements. The Mapourika is due to-day, with general crago from the soutb. The Corinna is expected on Saturday. After discharging general cargo, she leaves lor Onehunga, and on the southward trip on Monday will load | dairy produce at Xew Plymouth.
