ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
Pun Press Association. Foxton, February 27. A drowning fatality occurred at Gi dis’ Matai mill last night, when C. Saunders, flaxmill employee, a single man about 26 years of age, was drowned. A boat containing Mrs Roberts got adrift and the deceased, in walking out to secure it, got out of his depth an 1 sunk. "Hie body wac recovered this'iWOfniltif.'
