ARMED MIGHT OF GERMANY! London, February 24. Rome reports that Germany is offering Italy concessions at the expense jf Austria in regard to continued neutrality. The armed might of Germany iooms threatening in Italian eyes. Italians disbelieve the existence of a British Army, beyond some reinforcements jf the expeditionary force and a few scratch territorials.
IN FAVOR OF WAR.
Milan, February 24
Several thousands demonstrated in favor of war intervention. They smashad the windows in the office of the jAvanti, the pro-neutralist Socialist jnewspaper and wrecked a German shop. The police dispersed the demonstrators in front of the German Consulate.
