DIVIDEND ON THE DAVIS CUP. Per Press Association. Wellington, February 23. A cheque for £3OO has been received by the .New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association from the Australasian Association as the New Zealand body’s share of the £4186 received by the Australasian Association from the proceeds of the Davis Cup matches played in Canada and the United tSates. The Australian body decided to distribute 02100 amongst the affiliated associations. The question of the legality of the distribution has arisen, and the New Zealand Association, is asking under what regulations the distribution was made.
