Already, they had taken steps to secure the final appeal of the High Court.

The Federal Premier (Mr Fisher) declines definitely to state whether he proposes to take action in regard to the latest Belgian appeal, hut it is understood he is considering' the submittal to Cabinet of a proposal by which the Commonwealth will render further assistance.
