TROOPS DISPERSE CROWD WHO • FAVOR WAR.
United Press Association. (Received 8.45 a.m.) Rome, February 19. When the Chamber re-opened, thousands demonstrated in favor of war and t ied to attack the Austrian Embassy, mt the troops dispersed the crowd.

lAN FRONTIER.
Dnited 'Press Association. London, February 19. Geneva reports ithat 'Austria is concentrating troops at spots ten days’ march from the Italian frontier. The dispositions of artillery, which are placed at sites dominating the passes in the Tyrolese Alps. The troops of Austria, and Italy, and Switzerland, are close to one another in a corner formed by the junction of these countries, and are fraternising.
GERMAN PROPAGANDA IN ROU-
MANIA.

The Petit Pa mien is informed that Germany and Austria are making a supreme effort to firing llomnania to their side or to remain neutral. German agents have established newspapers and these are circulating German views broadcast. The propaganda has failed so far.
