OUTBREAK IN THE THIRD
LOWER HOLD.
[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] United Press Association. London, February 17. The llimutaka has gone to Dakar (near Cape Verd, on the West Coast of Senegambia, Africa). There is a fire 4 in the third lower hold ’tween decks. Arrangements have been made to flood the holds.
