The stewards held an inquiry into a case of alleged interference in the Stewards Welter yesterday. It was said that Deeley’s mount had bumped into Moddite. The eommitee of the Auckland Trotting Club resolved to rescind the motion disqualifying Dr Brockway (president), Mrs C. IT. Giesen, A. Gladding and R. M. Shephard, of the Owners of Trotters and Breeders’ Association, in connection with the Auckland Trotting Club’s spring meeting. The passing of -the resolution rescinded arose out of the alleged boycott by the Northern Association.
