RE-CAPTURE OF BORCLA.

RUSSIANS INVADE TURKISH TERRITORY. Times and, Sydnby Sun Service. (Received 8 a.m.) London, February 17. Petrograd reports that the Russians have rc-oceupied Borcla, which the Turks had captured and converted into a very strong fortress, and which was stubbornly defended. The Russians have entered Turkish territory at several points in the Transhorok region.
