TARANAKI AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY.
The most-talked-about event at vne •resent time is the Taranaki Agricultural Society’s Autumn Show, to lie leld next Wednesday and Thursday, 24th and 25th. Splendid entries have been received in nearly’ all the classes scheduled, and amongst the exhibitors will be found some of the best stock ■■n the Dominion. The competitive •lasses have all filled well, and r.s those who will face the judges in these classes have had a good d<: 1 of show ring experience, level’s < ; this sport will not bo disappoint*.-j. The committee is doing everything possible to provide for the entertainment and comfort of the public, so that the country people, for whom special train arrangements have been made, and those from the town, can rest assured that a good outing is in store for them.
