TYPHUS AND SMALLPOX. United Press Association. Vienna, February 14. Four hundred and tyenty-three cases of spotted typhus occurred during the first week in February, principally in Styria. Smallpox is spreading in Vienna. The people are indifferent to official warnings, and less than 20 per cent, have been vaccinated.
