ARMY EXCEEDS ONE MILLION. ADDITIONS TO THE NAVY, United Press Association. Rome, February 14. Advices state that the forces mobilised by March Ist will exceed a million. Two new Dreadnoughts have been completed. The Minister of Marine has ordered the formation of a squadron of five Dreadnoughts under Admiral the Duke of Abruz/.i. The newspapers complain that German agents in Lybia are professedly raising recruits. Some of the native Italian troops who have deserted from the Italians allege that, .at German instigation, with a view to intimidate Italy, they will remain neutral.
