Wellington, February 11

It is officially announced that the election petition lodged by Mr C. K. Wilson, the defeated candidate for Taumaranui, against the return of Mr W. T. Jennings, is to be heard at Te Kuiti, and not at Taumarunui'as formerly announced. The proceedings are to commence at'lo.3o"'a.m. on Monday, February 22nd, and Mr Justice Cooper and Mr -Justice Chapman will be on the bench.
