FIRE IN SYDNEY POST OFFICE.

Sydney, February 12
A lire at the General Post Office occurred, but was not serious. The outbreak was located in the telephone tunnel, and was apparently due to a lealc of outside electrical current into the telephone system. About a thousand lines were damaged. The lire was promptly prevented from spreading.
