DECISION TO REMAIN NEUTRAL.

Bucharest states that Roumanian relations with Bulgaria are improving. The Press asserts that the statements respecting the early intervention of Roumania have been taken too seriously abroad. Senator Arnetolians declares in the Vienna Press that Roumania’s final decision is to remain neutral.
