GERMAN AIRMEN PLAN RAIDS ON BRITISH FLEET.

Rotterdam reports that the Kaiser and Count Zeppelin,'in a long interview, planned an energetic air-raid, especially against the British fleet, while escorting the transports. A cafe at Hamburg, which is largely frequented by officers of the dirigibles, has been deserted since Wednesday. It is surmised that a big air-raid is being planned.
