WATCHING TRANSPORTS.
GERMAN AIRMEN PLAN RAIDS ON BRITISH FLEET.
, United Press Association. (Received 8 a.in.) London, February G. Rotterdam reports that the Kaiser and Count Zeppelin,'in a long interview, planned an energetic air-raid, especially against the British fleet, while escorting the transports. A cafe at Hamburg, which is largely frequented by officers of the dirigibles, has been deserted since Wednesday. It is surmised that a big air-raid is being planned.

A SUBMARINE BOMBED.
(Received 9 a.m.) Amsterdam, February 7
A British aeroplane over Zeebrugge, defying the concentrated lire of the enemy’s guns, suddenly dived and bombed a submarine, which sunk after a terrific explosion. The airman escaped.
BOMBARDMENT OF ZEEBRUGGE.
Rotterdam, January 5
The Allies’ aeroplanes bombarded Zeebrugge. The damage is unknown.
ZEPPELINS ON THE WING.
Rotterdam, February o
Two Zeppelins flying at Emden left in a north-easterly direction, avoiding Dutch territory, supposedly on a speed trial, but possibly with the idea of crossing the North Sea.
