Times and Sydney Sun Service, (Received 8 a,in.) London, February 6. Private letters describe the terrible outbreak of smallpox in Vienna. The Emperor has removed to Schoeubruc. HUNGARIANS UP TO 45 CALLED UP. London, February 6. Budapest reports that all Hungarians born from 1875 to 1881 have been called up.
