ON THE ROUMANIAN FRONTIER Times and Sydney Sun Service. \ London, February 4. The Bourse Gazette states that Ronmania' asked Austria the reason of the concentration of troops on the Roumanian frontier. Austria replied that the only object was to prevent the Russian advance in Bukovina. Paris, February 4. A report has reached Geneva from Vienna that commanders fighting against the Russians, have been instructed to shoot down all Roumanians serving as volunteers in the Austrian army in Bukovina and Transylvania.
