REBELLION IN NYASSALAND. RINGLEADERS EXECUTED. (Received 10.0 a.m.) London, January 31 Official.—There was a rebellion in Xyassaland on the 23rd, principally at Angurus. Three whites were killed at Magomera. Several women and children were carried off, but were subsequently released. A store at Blau tyre was raided, and the watchman killed, and arms and ammunition seized. Several of the ringleaders were arrested, and three were executed. The leader was not captured. The situation is now well in hand. CONTROL OF FLOUR AND WHEAT (Received 10.0 a.m.) London, January 31. The general federation of trade unions have issued a manifesto, asking the Govern met to cotrol flour and wheat, and limit the price of homegrown unmarketed wheat at 425.
