RADICALS FAVOR INTERVENTION ON BEHALF OF ALLIES. Times and Sydney Sun Heeviobb. (Received 8 a.m.) London, January 30. A Radical Congress at Milan passed a resolution in favor of Italian intervention for the support of the Allies. This is considered important, as hitherto it was assumed the Radicals favored neutrality. AGITATION AGAINST CONTINUANCE OF WAR. [United Peebs Association.] (Received 8.25 a.m.) London, January 31. Rome advices state that the agitation against a continuance of the war is increasing to an alarming extent.
