TOTICE is hereby given of the in- * stitution of a Special Order. The Stratford County Council hereby authorises' the raising of aJ loan of £9O under the provisions of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," by consent of ratepayers, for defraying the cost of forming, grading, culverting and metalling Kelly Street, Midhirst, such loan to be for a period of 36tJ- years; sections 2, 13, 14 of Block I; 1,2, 9, 10 of Block II.; 5,6, half S, half 9 of Block III.; 12,. 13, 25, 2G of Block JV.; 8,9, of Block V.j and 5,6, 7,8, of Block VI.; Midhirst West, to be the Special Rating District. The cost of raising it to be paid out of the loan. ' The resolution instituting the above Special Order will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be held on the 17th clay of February, 1915, and shall take effect from and on that date.
