SHIPPING OUTLOOK SATISFACTORY. Per Press Association. Wellington, January 29. There was an important conference yesterday between representatives of the Board of Agriculture and the shipping companies doing business in New Zealand to discuss the position with regard to the insulation of ships. The conference was not open to the Press, but it is understood the outlook is considered to be satisfactory up to the end of February. It was arranged that a. statement be prepared in regard to what had taken place, and this will he made public within a few days.
