GOVERNOR-GENERAL’S EVICTION Sydney, January 26. In the case, Attorney-General v. Williams, the appeal has been dismissed. This refers to the Government House case, arising out of the New South Wales Government diverting the Government House from the use of the Governor-General to a State purpose. The dismissal of the appeal establishes the New South Wales Government’s claim to do what it likes with its own property.
