THE NATIONAL SAVINGS IN 1914. United Press Association. % Petrograd, January 2G. The Government informed the Duma that the national savings'in 1914'were 84.000. roubles, compared with 34.000. in 1913, largely due to the prohibition of the sale of spirits.
